The Strawberry Daiquiri is a fruity favorite that’s quick and easy to make with the Ninja SLUSHi and Margarita Man’s Strawberry mix. Just pour in the mix, add water and rum, press the 'spiked slush' preset, and you’ll have a refreshingly sweet Strawberry Daiquiri in no time. It’s a fantastic choice for any occasion and perfect for those who love a blend of strawberries and rum.
I first tried a Strawberry Daiquiri in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, back in 2011. During my university years, I participated in a French immersion program in our nation's capital, and it became a tradition for a group of us to head to Red Lobster on Friday nights. We’d order Strawberry Daiquiris and Coconut shrimp—fond memories from those days. This Strawberry Daiquiri brings me right back to those moments and comes pretty close to the flavor of the Red Lobster daiquiris that I remember.

  1. My math is horrible … what would be 10.4 fluid ounces, 52 fluid ounces of water & 11.6 fluid ounces of light rum be closest in cups for the 74 oz fill line for the large batch …. I’m familiar with cups & ounces but when it’s not 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 that’s where my confusion lays

    1. Totally fair question. You’re definitely not alone. Once measurements stop lining up neatly with ¼, ½, or ¾ cups, it gets confusing fast.

The good news is this recipe is very forgiving, so you don’t need exact conversions. Rounding is perfectly fine and won’t affect the final result.
Here are some easy cup estimates you can use:

      • 10.4 fl oz is just over 1¼ cups
      • 52 fl oz of water is about 6½ cups
      • 11.6 fl oz of light rum is about 1½ cups

If you’re a little over or under, don’t worry. Frozen drink recipes like this have a lot of flexibility, and it’ll still slush and taste great.
