The Mai Tai is a tropical classic that’s simple to make with the Ninja SLUSHi and Margarita Man's Mai Tai mix. Just pour in the mix, add water and rum, press the 'spiked slush' preset, and you’ll soon have a perfectly chilled Mai Tai. It’s an easy and satisfying option for any occasion, sure to impress your guests!

The name ‘Mai Tai’ comes from the Tahitian phrase maita'i roa ae, which translates to 'out of this world—the best!' A fitting name for a cocktail that’s been a crowd favorite since the 1940s.

Select the serving size based on your Ninja SLUSHi model: “Large” for the version with a 64 oz max fill line, available at most retailers, and “Small” for the version with a 48 oz max fill line, sold exclusively at Walmart.

The Ninja SLUSHi

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the SLUSHi ingredients in your Ninja SLUSHi.
Set the machine to Spiked Slush mode.
Run for 40 minutes.
Dispense SLUSHi.

Optional

Complete your Mai Tai with a burst of color by garnishing with a cocktail umbrella, a fresh pineapple spear, a slice of lime, and a few mint leaves.
