The Anova Precision Oven is an excellent countertop oven that rivals commercial combi ovens. You can see my review of the Anova Precision Oven here. While the oven is a great piece of hardware, the accessories (racks and pans) that come with it are rather flimsy. Plus, the mysterious “perforated pan” that is featured in many of the app’s recipes wasn’t shipped with the oven and isn’t sold by Anova.
Have no fear, there is lots of third-party equipment that will act perfectly fine as accessories to your Anova Precision Oven.

Get some 12-inch x 16-inch parchment paper that will fit perfectly inside the the above pans. This is less hassle than cutting sheets from a roll.

I’ve purchased a couple products listed on your website list already so far. I got the Anova Baking Steel, Hamilton Housewares cooling racks, and the Durgol Swiss Steamer cleaner. The cooling racks are on a slow boat from wherever though. I like the fact that some of these accessories slide nicely in the Anova oven rack slots. You can’t go wrong with the Ninja Crisper Basket as the product provides maximum air flow and helps mitigate food rolling/falling off flat racks/pans. I found that out quickly with the crisper basket and pizza rolls. Still on the hunt for other accessories for the Anova oven. By the way, thank you for the above recommendations and posting my comment too.
I just discovered the perfect optional accessory, at least for me, for the Anova Precision oven today 8/3/2024 after just recently receiving my Anova oven on 8/1/2024. Unfortunately, Ninja is currently out of stock on this particular crisper basket. This accessory is included with their Ninja OG951 Pro Connect Woodfire XL outdoor grill. When in stock this accessory can be purchased separately. Hopefully, Ninja doesn’t change the design because as of today this accessory fits perfectly in the oven rack slots no problem. Plenty of room front to back of the oven also. The crisper basket is plenty deep and is made of mesh steel. Probably stainless…I did not check this out because I already had this accessory included with my Woodfire XL grill. This crisper basket is perfect in so many respects and the potential run on this basket will probably drown Ninja or alternatively they raise their current price of $34.99. It is of excellent quality too and is not flimsy in any respect. They also may decide to change the design once people find out this works so well with the Anova Precision oven lest they have to pay me royalties, haha, fat chance, huh?. Hawk Ninja’s site until they come back in stock again and score the perfect accessory for your Anova Precision oven if you are so inclined. You can thank me later, but, I doubt that will happen any time soon. If you don’t decide this crisper basket fits your needs it will at least fit your Anova precision oven, You most undoubtedly won’t regret this purchase! Let the feeding frenzy begin!!!

Funny, I actually have owned the Ninja Woodfire XL for a year now and discovered quickly it fit perfectly in the rails of the Anova Oven. Just never thought to add it to this list!

Hi there. Would they perforated substitute pan work well to air fry? Also would it support a roast?
I’ve used the cooling rack (perforated substitute pan) to air fry and cook medium sized roasts on it and it works well. It’s very well supported once it’s in the grooves of the oven. You’ll just want a pan underneath it to catch any drippings for easy cleanup.

Do you have a source for the perforated pan for the Anova Precision Oven?
Anova hasn’t manufactured a perforated pan, despite the fact that it is referenced in several of their recipes. As a substitute, you can try the cooling rack that I recommend. The cooling rack actually slides right into the side slots of the Anova Precision Oven, and you can cook directly on top of it. The grid pattern of the cooling rack allows air to circulate all around your food. I put a pan beneath it to catch all the drips.

Ordered a perforated pan today from Anova.
I just started using my cooker today. I have had it for month. Wouldn’t you know, the probe is no where to be found, They don’t list them in their accessories. Anyone know where I can order one?
Hi Patricia. Have you tried reaching out directly to Anova? I know they have spare tanks for people facing issues with that but they don’t list them for sale publicly. Might be the same case with probes. Good luck!
