Today, ThermoWorks, the renowned maker of the popular Thermapen, has finally entered the wireless thermometer market with the launch of the ThermoWorks RFX wireless thermometer!

While numerous wireless thermometers are available today, such as the MEATER, ThermoWorks promises a unique innovation: the RFX wireless thermometer uses advanced radio frequency technology instead of standard Bluetooth, providing a more reliable connection with an impressive range of up to 2,132 feet!

You can connect over 50 probes to a single RFX gateway. Additionally, Thermoworks promises over 50 hours of runtime on just a 10-minute charge, ensuring you won’t have to worry about the thermometer failing in the middle of a cook. The probes are built to withstand temperatures of up to 1,000ºF.

RFX’s Secret Weapon: 4 Sensors in One Probe!

Each probe contains four sensors that help find the true thermal center temperature of your cook. Knowing the true thermal center is crucial for achieving perfectly cooked food, as it ensures the entire dish reaches the desired temperature, eliminating undercooked or overcooked spots. ThermoWorks promises an accuracy of ±0.9°F between 14 and 212ºF (-10 and 100ºC)

Data from the RFX can be viewed on an app and is synced to the cloud.

The ThermoWorks RFX can be bought as a starter kit that has all you need to get started, additionally you can buy separate probes or a standalone RFX Gateway.

ThermoWorks is taking pre-orders now and is expecting to ship first orders in September of this year.
